Why Cheap Isn't Always Great

This summer while preparing for college, my mom decided to get me a coffee maker. There was one at Target by Mr. Coffee that looked alright and was a very reasonable 8 dollars. I still don't see why mom didn't give me one of her old coffee makers, but that's besides the point.
So a few months later, I find myself in my dorm with coffee supplies. All is dandy. So I made a pot of coffee for me and M. Yummmm.... Coffee!
That coffee maker made coffee for all of two times before it suddenly died. For no reason. Everything LOOKED fine, but it obviously wasn't.
So last week I had to go to Walmart and buy myself a new coffee pot. Because I can not live without my coffee. The day coffee disappears the world will end for me.

On a happier note I got my 15 nail polishes in the mail :D I know I promised pictures, but I'm short of good cameras and I'm about to get one when I get the money (in less than a week). I'd rather start with high quality pictures than have crappy ones that I'll have to fix later on anyway.
